Disability Awareness Project – a New Challenge for Employees 
has been created with the idea of raising higher education
teachers’ and administrative staff’s professional qualifications.

It aims to do this by broadening their awareness of disability and
the topical challenges of a growing activeness of disabled
persons in the academic and social life of a fast developing Europe.
